Who Are Donna & Tora?

We are Body Confidence Coaches, authors of I Want What She's Having, Now! and creators of Body Confidence Breakthrough.

We've been at our happy, confident weight for over 15 years, but it wasn't always that way for either of us...



Donna was 70lb/5 stone overweight and Tora weighed less than 81lb/6 stone with an eating disorder, Anorexia Nervosa.
